Return policy Collectables Ltd offers a complete guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can confidently return the item to us for a full refund or replacement. The item must be returned to us within 30 days after delivery. Our full returns and refunds policy states:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt. • However it will be your responsibility to pay the postage costs for any returns, unless the item is damaged or faulty in anyway. Valid proof of purchase required. No used item will be accepted.
• We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
