To enjoy the warmth and comfort of your wheat bag, just heat in a microwave for a minute, take out and shake dispersing the wheat and heat of the bag, then continue to heat for given time or if you prefer on top of a radiator. To use as a cold compress on swelling and sprains or cooler for the summer months, place your wheat bag in a bag in the freezer and use when required. Full care and use instructions come with each wheat bag. To keep your wheat bag looking its best surface clean only DO NOT machine or hand wash. If worn or torn please discard safely.
