Free UK Mainland Delivery. We do not deliver to Scotland, Ireland, Norther Ireland or any Offshore Island or the following postcodes:

For orders placed on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), Orders are dispatched withing 2 days of order receipt & delivery is usually within 7-10 days.

Any damage or discrepancies must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Please keep the packaging as we will require images of the boxes if the delivered item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Photographic evidence of the reported damage or discrepancy is necessary for us to arrange a free-of-cost replacement.

• You have a period of fourteen (14) working days to return an item for any reason.
• Please note that made-to-order furniture cannot be returned.
• Please be aware that no replacements are offered for clearance items.

If you wish to return your items due to them not being fit for purpose or if you change your mind and decide not to keep them, a fee of £60 (SIXTY POUNDS) will be charged for arranging a collection.
