Your shipment will normally ship within 24 hours of ordering on weekdays. The delivery time for shipping is usually 1-3 days after dispatch. Royal Mail 2nd Class. Products dispatched from our external warehouse will usually take 5-10 days. Your delivery is usually done by Royal Mail and smaller shipments are sent directly to you.

At CaseOnline.co.uk, we have extended the right of withdrawal (the cancellation period) which is valid for 30 days. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it.

The item must be returned unused with the original packaging.The right of withdrawal applies only to private individuals and not companies.

Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns can be sent by letter or parcel. In the event of an exchange of item we pay the new freight from us to you.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the message that you have regretted. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
