1. Add definition by lining lips with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil in either a nude or coordinating shade, following your pout’s natural contours. 
2. For subtle volume, line just outside your natural lip line.
3. To avoid obvious demarcation when using saturated colours, diffuse with a lip brush. 

Sculpt

1. Use a freshly sharpened PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil to outline your desired shape. 
2. Fill in with pencil and blend with a lip brush. 
3. For a sculpted look, fill in the sides of the lips to create the illusion of fullness in the centre. 

Colour

1. After exfoliating the lips, fill in the entire top and bottom lip with PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil. 
2. Diffuse with a lip brush. 
3. For an ombré effect, blend more than one shade of PermaGel Ultra Lip Pencil together before applying LUST: Gloss™.
