Shipping 

Pearde Design works with several efficient and faster carriers based on your location to deliver the parcel as safely as possible. Each carrier requires a signature when the parcel is delivered. This way the parcel will not be left at the wrong address.

Our inventories are not located in one place (warehouse/country) because we have provided a worldwide shipping service.   Due to this reason, our shipping delivery time is between 5 to 14 days.

Note that if the item you ordered is not available at the closest warehouse to your location, your delivery time might take a little longer than expected because we may have to ship it from a different location which might not be too close for you to get it at the anticipated time.

We ship all around the world and shipment costs may be charged based on your country's location the total amount of cost will be seen when you checkout. If you can't find your country among the list of countries please contact us using the messaging service provided on the UK Markeplace (UKMP). 

When will my order be processed? 

After placing your order it will be confirmed by sending you a confirmation email and after which it will be processed from the warehouse that is the closest to your country/location. Due to large orders, we get from customers sometimes products run out of stock very fast and might not be available during the time you order.  We will inform you about the status of your order.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days starting from the order date and shipping after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

We sell real gold and diamond jewelry and if it happens that any of these products are out of stock and additional days might be needed for our goldsmith to make your jewelry before delivery and if that is  your case an email will be sent to you explaining the status of your order.  This condition also goes to all jewelries on our online store. When they are out of stock thee will be an  option to make the product for you but it will take two weeks (14 days).    If the customer agreed to wait for the 2 weeks then the product will be made and ship directly to you with DHL.  Then if the customer do not want to wait  they can also choose another products or refund their money back to the account they use to make payment for the item.  

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 5-10 business days for delivery in the United States, Canada, and Australia, and for the United Kingdom 3- 7 days business days for other international orders (depending on location).  

Will I be charged with customs and taxes? 

UK and customers are reliable to pay 20% tax for every order and this will display at checkout . International buyers are tax-free. in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.    For international buyers outside the UK and USA Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.   Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send us a message through UKMP (UK Marketplace) or send us an email to info@peardedsign.com , you can also contact us through our Facebook and Instagram handles or  call +447389640290  within 14 DAYS after receiving your order. 

We will inform you as soon as possible about changes and cancellations relating to your order. Some changes to an item of jewelry may result in costs and delays and later dispatch date. We are unable to process any changes or cancellations of orders that have already been dispatched.

Diverting packages to alternative addresses is not possible if the package is already on its way. For questions about changes of address during transit, please contact the carrier.

All items will be sent to process within 1-3 days after we receive the payment. Each item is then shipped based on your location/address. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will not be possible so make sure to verify the items you are ordering and your shipping information prior to placing your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• All Real diamond and gold jewelry are not allowed to return because of the high price they are most times made by the goldsmith after your order.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. 
• Items without jewelry tag, box, or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and if wish to return will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Moissanite product must also be accompanied by the Moissanite report, or 10% of the item charge will be assessed to replace the certificate.
• When returning, and exchanging, customers must use a shipping method that can be tracked.  Returns or resizing with no tracking will not be processed.
• For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

Notes: 

1. Do not remove the jewelry tag until you are certain you want to keep your item.
2. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
3. Please return certificate for items that has certificate

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receipt of your package.

1. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
2. If you placed your order with a gift card, you will be refunded in the form of store credit. Shipping charges or additional service charges will not be refunded. 

Orders shipped to International Destinations also have 14 days to return the item, but, customers are responsible for return shipping expense

Warranty

Pearde Design real gold, diamonds, and iced cut jewelry are covered by one year warranty starting from the day you received your order and our warranty protects your jewelry against defects in design, manufacturing, and workmanship because we stand behind the products we sell.

Warranty Terms

• The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to Pearde Design shipping address.
• Customers should make sure that items are safely packed before sending them back because Pearde Design will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• When sending back the items, the customer must use a shipping method that has to track them. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.
• Pearde Design reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.
