The success rate of sealing will be greater with tubeless tyres than with tubes.

Instructions - OKO - All bottles come with instructions and in the lid there is a schrader valve core remover with a filler tube for ease when installing

Can this be used as a puncture repair - Yes - If used as a puncture repair - When the tyre deflates during driving - locate the puncture and remove the object - install the correct amount of sealant into the tyre - re-inflate and spin the wheel to make a permanent seal - for heavier vehicles you would need to drive the vehicle around so that the Oko seals the puncture
