A wheel rim and tire life extender. Combats and even reverses corrosion on wheel rims, increases tire life by 30% on average. Lasts the legal life of the tyre, does not deplete. Makes tyre mounting and removal easier. Highlights any wheel / o-ring / rim leaks or tire damage.

For use in tubeless tyres.

Applications 

Suitable for -: All Off road & slower moving vehicles 

Mining & quarrying -: All large pneumatic tyre vehicles 

Industrial & Construction -: Excavators , Earth Movers, Diggers, Excavators 

Agricultural -: Can be used in large tractor tyres in preference to ballasting. (The dosage/ weight is less when the wheel and tire life extension benefits are added to the reduced compaction of the earth, there is exceptional payback)

Generally - Use Lifelong where punctures are not the biggest operational challenge

BENEFITS    

Wheel rim anti - corrosion-: Lifelong fights corrosive depletion on all commercial wheel rims (Many others only work on steel rims). It works even when the wheel is stationary, by laying down a molecular layer on the rim 

No need for Nitrogen -: This is expensive and will leak out , Lifelong's anti - moisture protection makes it unnecessary.

Tire Life Extension -: By keeping air in the tyre, and due to it's powerful cooling and conditioning effects from inside, Lifelong extends tyre life by 30% on average

early warning of air leaks -: The UV content shows up brightly under a UV bulb, and the bright green liquid is also highly visible in normal light.

Lubrication-: The tyre bead and the flange are lubricated by Lifelong, making mounting/de-mounting easier.

Remolds-: Lifelong causes no problems. The free flowing liquid washes out easily 

Vulcanizing -: First rinse out Lifelong with water, then dry tyre with Bufsol solution 

Retreading -: Often limited by the life of the tire's inner liner. Lifelong keeps it in a like new condition longer allowing the casing to be re-treaded more often. It helps to make retreads last longer

CHARACTERISTICS

A free flowing , biodegradable aqueous glycol - based solution comprising specially treated constituents of the highest grade, including environmentally - friendly carboxylate rust inhibitors for anti corrosion purposes, held in suspension to provide a carefully engineered matrix.

Non Corrosive - Non Flammable - Non Hazardous - No adverse effect upon tyres or wheel rims

UV - sensitive content 

Colour - light grey  - Viscous - Low odour

Oko - is also environmentally friendly and is certified to ISO 14001

As Oko is environmentally friendly - the product will improve your carbon foot print and because it is water soluble it can be easily and quickly be removed

Product Information

Instructions  - All drums have instructions to help with the installation of the product - The actual tyre size will determine the amount of sealant that is required. 

oko application pump - is available in a separate listing 

Alternatively, Lifelong can be decanted ( if needed ) and poured into the open tire well when mounting it on the wheel 

 Standard Lifelong - protection -20 degree Celsius 

Artic Lifelong is also available protection  - 40 degrees selsius (also recommended for extreme heat conditions)
