Can I return an item if faulty? 
Yes, if the item develops a fault or currently has a fault, you are able to return this item. Please note; If the item is 30 days or less old, we will provide a refund on this purchase. If over, a credit note against future purchases may be offered, this will be discussed with purchaser. The returned item will need to be received by us for the refund/exchange to be processed.
Can a product be returned back if change of mind? 
Yes if within 14 days of purchase date and the item must be in pristine saleable condition for the item to be considered. You will be responsible for the returns costs. We advise that you use a trackable service up to the value of the item for peace of mind.
How do I set up a return? 
Please discuss with us via message if you are wanting to return an item. You will be given our warehouse address to send the item back too. Also, a RMA (returns authorisation number) will be issued. Returns will not be considered if an RMA number is not visible on the parcel. Please note: Loopsandpluto are not liable for return postage costs.
