If you change your mind about your new purchase you can return it in original condition within 14 days of receipt, you will be responsible for the return arrangements and shipping fees.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will arrange to collect the goods at our cost and either refund or replace as your preference.
If the item develops a fault while within our guarantee period, we will either supply replacement parts to rectify the fault, collect the item for repair, replace it or collect for a refund at our cost.
