Our CUG2 is a great intermediate gym, benefitting from a 2:1 pulley ratio design allowing for a higher maximum resistance using fewer weights - the weight you select to use will be doubled at the point of exercise. The Bench/Chest Press on this model is performed seated upright and by pushing forwards, with a nice action and recently upgraded with height adjustable press-handles to accommodate users of varying height.  It also sports a dedicated Pec-Dec and a generous Lat Tower and Leg Unit.  As with all V-fit gyms, another notable feature is that there are no time-consuming cable changes to swap round before starting each of the different exercises and the cleverly designed 80lb weight stack provides up to 160lb overall resistance for the user. 

Exercises that can be performed on this gym include Bench/Chest Press (for pec and triceps muscles), Pec Dec (to isolate pectoral muscles), Lat Pulldown (for back and Lat muscles), Triceps Press down (for triceps muscles), Leg Extension (for Quads), Standing Curl (for hamstrings), Seated Row (for Traps and Back muscles), Standing Bicep Curl (for Biceps), Upright Row (for Delts and shoulders). Plus, any other exercise that works for you.

Once unpacked, the build time for this model is around 2-3 hours and is easier with two people working together.
