The aim of the game is to arrange the 20 figures inside the ark. The Sycamore Ark is a toy that reinforces the element of balance. The boat rocks to imitate the movement of a ship on the sea.

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders.

Items are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6pm. Some couriers may differ slightly.

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK. However, services are restricted in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Isle of Scilly but dont worry Playbalu are still here to help, please contact us for details.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we the believe the address is not secure, i.e. a communal postal address. If this affects your order we will notify as soon as possible.



Return Policy

You have 30 days to return your item to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the original condition.

If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue. Original delivery charges will be refunded at the standard delivery rate. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the original delivery charge if only part of an order is being returned.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We will email you to confirm when your refund has been processed. For all returns please email us via our contacts page and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible with a pre-paid returns label. If you use another service and pay for it, we will not be able to refund the cost of returning the item to us. Please make sure you obtain a proof of postage receipt. If your parcel doesn’t reach us and you do not have the proof of return, we will not be able to refund you.
