Products will be shipped on receipt of payment through the payment provider and will be available in digital format sent either as a PDF and or a download url link provided for the sole purpose of downloading the purchased product.

Physical products will only be shipped to a UK mainland address provided at the point of sale within a period of 7 to 10 days unless it is stated different on the page information. As many of the products are bespoke and made to order so could take longer due to the various customer specifications.

Larger items such as Remembrance Benches are available to be collected or can be delivered at cost and agreed with the customer. Please message beforehand your preference for delivery or collection for these large bulkier items. 

Refund Policy: There are no refunds on digital products given that they are delivered in a PDF format. If there is an issue with the digital download then please contact Bspoke Marketing Services through our website or contact number. Other product offerings that are non digital can be returned if found to be faulty or unfit for purpose and does not impact on any consumer rights. 

Note: Under the Consumer Rights Act (2015), you have the right to a return or refund if something you buy is faulty or unfit for purpose.
