Classic stretchy fake tongue prank. Perfect to trick people into all sorts of situations such as you've cut your tongue, you've stretched your tongue, you've put a nail in your tongue or you've flat out dropped your tongue!

It's recommended that you do NOT put this in your mouth, rather you should hold this between your lips so it is dangling out.
