Shipping Dispatch Times:  

Our processing times are between 1 to 2 days accept Sunday, Christmas/Boxing Day, Bank Holidays and annual holidays. Delivery within the UK only Monday to Saturday via Royal Mail.

We aim to ship 90% of our orders out within one working day or at the latest 1-3 days via Royal Mail 2nd class standard small/medium packets up to 2kg for orders up to £20 and under, orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for small/medium packets up to 2kg.

All parcels above 2kg up to 10kg will send Royal Mail 2nd class medium packet up to £20 or under, and 2nd Class medium over £20 up to 10kg will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed.

Letters up to 100g & Large up 750g the same shipping rules applies as above. 

Please Note: Some deliveries times are not always guaranteed due to possible delays while in transit/industrial action etc, I'm afraid this is out of our control. However we will keep you updated regarding your delivery and any delays.

Packaging

All our products are well wrapped in strong paper and packed in single or double walled boxes depending on items size and weight and then filled with recyclable corn chips or clean wood shavings.

Some boxes are re-use again as part of our green recycling as to help protect our environment. Some times we may need to use bubble wrap for very large items, but very rarely we need to do so.

Returns/Refunds

We only accept returns for damage, lost in transit, damaged or not as described in the any of the product listings. Please contact us within 24 hrs after receiving your item/items, start all returns within 7 days, all items must be returned within 30 days to avoid none refund.

If possible, please could you kindly send pictures of any damage box/boxes, packaging and items before starting return process.(Buyer covers the postage cost for all returns)
